JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order dated
13.05.2021
passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.12335 of 2021.
The learned Single Judge has granted an interim order in the matter and it has been stated at the outset that an application has also been preferred before the learned Single Judge for vacating the stay.
Learned counsel for the parties fairly stated before this Court that request is being made to the learned Single Judge to decide the matter at an early date, preferably, within fifteen (15) days at least in respect of vacating the stay application.
Resultantly, the writ appeal is disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the application for vacating the stay/the matter on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within fifteen (15) days from today. The parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge having the roster on 29.10.2021.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
