Learned counsel for the appellant prays for
withdrawal of the present writ appeal with a liberty to
take appropriate steps in respect of the judgment and
decree dated 04.03.2009 passed in O.S.No.108 of 2008.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ appeal stands
disposed of. The miscellaneous applications pending in
this appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
