JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned Government Advocate informs this Court that the
present Writ Appeal is not maintainable in the light of the
judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Ram Kishan Fouji
vs. State of Haryana1.
Learned counsel for the appellant when confronted with the
aforesaid situation, prays for withdrawal of the present Writ Appeal
with liberty to take recourse to the other remedies available under
law.
The Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand
dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
