      I.A.No.1 of 2021 has been filed for withdrawal of the present

appeal, as the appellant has approached the respondent under the

Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020.

I.A. is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh appeal in case the cause arises in future.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
