WRIT PETITION No.24021 of 2021
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have kept the Joint Application dated 13.07.2021 for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property, admeasuring Acs.3.30 guntas, in Survey No.224 of Yadgarpally East Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.
A perusal of the record discloses that pursuant to the judgment dated 08.07.2021, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.281 of 2021, the petitioner and three others have filed the Joint Application before the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, on 13.07.2021, for incorporating their names in Dharani Portal and issuance of Pattadar Passbooks in their names in respect of the subject property.
In view of the above, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 - the Tahsildar-cum-Joint Sub Registrar to consider the Joint Application dated 13.07.2021 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 2 eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the order that may be passed by respondent No.4 shall be communicated to the parties.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
