AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WA.No.419 of 2021 JUDGMENT:(per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing the case at length, has fairly stated before this Court that liberty be granted to him to withdraw the Writ Petition No.10525 of 2021. He has further stated that liberty be granted to file a civil suit.
2. The Writ Petition No.10525 of 2021 is dismissed as withdraw and liberty is granted to the appellant to file a civil suit or to avail other alternative remedies available under the law. The order passed by the learned Single Judge is set aside.
3. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Appeal is disposed of.
4. As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
