ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2009 on the file of Special Judge for Economic Offices, City Criminal Courts, Hyderabad, against the petitioners/A1 to A7.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai v. Bhupen Champak Lal Dalal and anotheri, the criminal petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the aforesaid judgment of the Supreme Court, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
