Learned counsel for the appellants has fairly
stated before this Court that identical writ appeal, i.e.,
Writ Appeal No.503 of 2021, has been dismissed by
this Court on 01.10.2021.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, the
present writ appeal is also dismissed. The judgment
delivered in the Writ Appeal No.503 of 2021, dated
01.10.2021
, shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the present case also.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
