O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.1 to 3 are not mutating her name in the revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Acs.3.00 in Survey No. 498 situated at Wardhmankota Sivaar, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District as per the decree and judgment dated 31.01.1987 in O.S.No.1625 of 1986 on the file of District Munsiff, Suryapet.
3. Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an Application on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the above submissions, without going into merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application for deletion/rectification of entries and for mutation of her name with respect to the subject property on-line in Dharani Portal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such Application/s being filed, the authorities concerned shall pass necessary orders thereon strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, duly putting on notice the parties concerned. No costs.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
