2. Both the parties have filed I.A.No.2 of 2021 along with Memo of compromise, containing the terms and conditions of compromise.

3. In view of the same, as the parties intend to compromise the matter, I.A.No.2 of 2021 is allowed and this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memo of compromise. The terms and conditions of Memo of compromise shall form part of the decree.
