AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR IA.No.1 of 2021 in/and ITTA.No.409 of 2010 COMMON JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) Counsel for the appellant has filed IA.No.1 of 2021 seeking to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the appellant had made an application under the Direct Tax Vivaad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and that Form 3 was also issued by the Designated Authority.
2. Recording the same, IA.No.1 of 2021 is allowed and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the appellant to revive the appeal in the event there is no satisfactory resolution under the said Scheme. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
