ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that she has filed a suit in O.S. No 641 of 2019 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar seeking declaration of title in respect of the subject property with a consequential direction to the respondent No 4 to issue the Patta Pass Book in her favour etc. On decreeing the suit ex parte on 30.12.2020, the petitioner stated to have filed a representation before the respondent No. 4 on 19.04.2021 seeking implementation of the said decree and for making necessary entries in the revenue records. Even the petitioner has uploaded the copy of the judgment along with sale deed in Dharani Portal, as instructed by the respondent No. 4 on 03.07.2021. But so far, no orders have been passed.
Having regard to the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is already pending before respondent No.4 for consideration, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.04.2021 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting the interested parties on notice. A copy of the order passed by respondent No.4 shall be communicated to the petitioner. 2
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
