Arun Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Keerthi Prabhaker, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that in view of the judgment in C.C.C.A.No.201 of 2016, dated 24.11.2021, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.
Permission is accorded and the city civil court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
