JUDGMENT:     (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)




        Learned counsel for the appellants has informed

this Court that the appellants have filed a review petition

before the learned Single Judge, as it was not pointed out

before the learned Single Judge that there are persons

higher in merit than the writ petitioner.

        In the light of the aforesaid submission that the

review petition is pending, the admission is declined.

The parties are free to approach the learned Single

Judge, where the review petition is pending, for an early

hearing.

        The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.                         The

miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if

any, shall stand closed.             There shall be no order as to

costs.
