JUDGMENT:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.11.2021, none appeared for the appellants, and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal. Today, learned counsel for the appellants is present and she stated that the appellants do not want to prosecute the case further.
Recording the said submission, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
