JUDGMENT:
On perusal of the record, during pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat, and as per the Award dated 11.09.2021 the appellant has withdrawn the matter before the Lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the MACMA is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
