JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant has informed this
Court that an identical writ appeal i.e., W.A.No.511 of
2019 has been dismissed by this Court on 11.09.2019
and therefore, the present writ appeal also deserves to be
dismissed on similar lines.
Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the
case, the judgment delivered in W.A.No.511 of 2019 shall
be applicable mutatis mutandis to the present case also.
Accordingly, the present writ appeal is also
dismissed. The miscellaneous applications pending in
this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be
no order as to costs.
