THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY

                     I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019
                           in/and
                  WRIT APPEAL No.655 of 2019

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

The present appeal is arising out of the order dated

25.02.2014

passed by the learned Single Jude in W.P.No.20649 of 2006.

The facts of the case reveal that the appellant came up before this Court being aggrieved by the award dated 27.04.2006 passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.139 of 1999 and the learned Single Judge, after appreciating the evidence on record, has not interfered with the punishment of removal. However, the learned Single Judge has directed fresh appointment of the appellant.

There is a delay of 691 days in filing the appeal and 1148 days in representing the appeal.

It has been stated that papers were lost in the Office of the learned Advocate and therefore the delay has taken place. Except for making the said bald statement, there is no explanation of day to day delay. As there is 691 days delay in filing and 1148 days delay in representation of the appeal, this Court does not find reason to condone the delay in filing and also the delay in representation. 2

The I.As are accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal stands rejected.
