THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
WRIT APPEAL No.796 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of the order
dated 19.09.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in
I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.30738 of 2018.
The facts of the case reveal that the respondent
No.1 was claiming promotion and was also aggrieved by the order rejecting her representation dated 24.07.2018. The learned Single Judge has granted interim relief in the matter.
The fact remains that the main writ petition is still pending and therefore, at the request of the parties, the writ appeal stands disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition at an early date.
Office is directed to list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge having roster on 06.12.2021, on which date the parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge. The impugned order shall remain stayed till then.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if 2 any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
