COMMON JUDGMENT:


1.     I.A.No.5 of 2021 is filed to record the compromise in

S.A.No.293 of 2014.


2.     Parties are present and they admit the terms of compromise

and their identities are verified and found correct. The respondent

admitted receipt of Rs.8,00,000/- from the petitioners towards compromise.

3. As per the terms of compromise, the respondent agreed to withdraw the cheque bounce cases and criminal cases against the appellant No.2 in C.C.No.259 of 2014 and C.C.No.570 of 2015 pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad immediately after passing the compromise decree in the above Second Appeal.

4. Recording the above compromise, the I.A., as well as Second Appeal are disposed of in terms of the compromise. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
