JUDGMENT:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.10.2021, 01.11.201 and 16.11.2021, none appeared for the appellants, and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellants. The appeal still requires framing of substantial question of law.
In the said circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
