WRIT APPEAL No.563 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned
counsel for the respondents have informed this Court that the
order passed in W.P.No.6798 of 2019 has already been implemented rendering the present writ appeal as infructuous. However, a liberty has been sought for by respondent No.1 to take appropriate action in accordance with law in respect of the remaining members, who have not been admitted to the membership of the Cooperative society.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel, the writ appeal stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
