JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant states that the Urban
Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976 has been repealed. He prays
for withdrawal of the writ appeal.
Prayer is allowed. The writ appeal is dismissed as
withdrawn. It is also made clear that the appellant shall be free to
take recourse to other remedies as available under law.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
