ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioners for appointment in any suitable posts in Kothagudem Thermal Power Station, Paloncha, Khammam District as per G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Projects Wing) Department, dt.19.09.1994.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri P. Ravi Shanker, submitted that this issue is covered in favour of the petitioners by virtue of various orders of this Court and in support thereof, he filed a copy of the order in W.P.No.8050 of 2003 dt.29.04.2010. He prayed for similar directions in the petitioners' case as well.
3. It is seen that the petitioners are seeking appointment in any suitable post in Kothagudem Thermal Power Station on account of their land being acquired for the project. The writ petitions of similar petitioners have been disposed of by this Hon'ble Court directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners therein in accordance with the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos.21301-21302 of 2004 dt.06.11.2006. 2
4. With similar directions in terms of the same judgment, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
