ORDER:
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 6 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had contended that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.No.15280 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021.
Learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel have not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, they have contended that the petitioners have to make online application for building permission and the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in terms of the judgment of this court, referred supra.
This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit online application for building permission within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereupon, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by duly taking into account the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.15280 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021 in another eight weeks thereafter.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
