AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
WRIT APPEAL No.607 of 2021
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The facts of the case reveal that a Project has come to a

Resultantly, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties
and without averting to the merits of the case, a request is made to
the learned Single Judge to decide the application for vacating the
stay as well as the main writ petition as expeditiously as possible,
preferably within a period of sixty days from today. The parties
shall appear before the learned Single Judge on 29.11.2021.
Office is directed to list the writ petition before the learned
Single Judge having roster on 29.11.2021.
The writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. The
miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
