COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated before this
court that the main writ petitions are still pending before the
learned Single Judge and therefore, a direction be issued to decide
the main writ petitions i.e., W.P.Nos.42015 of 2018 and 42224 of
2018.
Resultantly, without adverting to the merits of the case, the
writ appeals are disposed of with a request to the learned Single
Judge to decide the writ petitions, as expeditiously as possible, at
an early date. Office is directed to list W.P.Nos.42015 of 2018 and
42224 of 2018 before the learned Single Judge having roster on
14.12.2021
. The parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge on 14.12.2021.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
