JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal has been preferred by the
Cantonment Board being aggrieved by the interim order dated
26.04.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in a writ petition of
the year 2017 i.e., W.P.No.30711 of 2017.
By the interim order, the learned Single Judge has directed
the Cantonment Board to remove the garbage bins in front the
property of the writ petitioner (respondent No.1 in the present writ
appeal).
Without adverting to the facts of the case, the writ appeal is disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the main writ petition at an early date. Office is directed to list W.P.No.30711 of 2017 before the learned Single Judge having roster on 07.12.2021. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Single Judge on 07.12.2021. As the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge has been stayed by this Court, parties shall maintain status quo.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
