Heard. Perused the record.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State on written instructions submitted that the appellant/accused passed away on 19.11.2014. The photocopy of death certificate of the appellant/accused is filed before this Court.
3. In view of the above submission, the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in this case stands abated.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Appeal, shall stand closed.
