The learned counsel for the appellants has fairly
stated before this Court that pursuant to the acquittal of
the appellants, they have been reinstated back into
service and therefore, the writ appeal has become
infructuous.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of as
infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,
shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
