Sri Kunduru Upender Reddy vs The State Of Telangana on 19 November, 2021
Bench: Satish Chandra Sharma, A.Rajasheker Reddy
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
                                       AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY

                     WRIT APPEAL No.467 of 2021

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

The present writ appeal is filed against the order

dated 18.01.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in

W.P.No.24669 of 2020.

The facts of the case reveal that the appellant came

before this Court by filing a writ petition stating that he

is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land

to an extent of Acs.3.25 guntas in survey No.72/C,

Acs.4.14 guntas in survey No.74/A and Acs.3.02 guntas

in survey No.30/A situated at Chelpur Village,

Ghanpuram Mandal, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally District.

It was stated by him that on subsequent verification of

revenue records, it came to his notice that respondent

Nos.5, 6 and 8 in the writ petition were shown as enjoyers of the land. The learned Single Judge held that there was a dispute in respect of title and in respect of land and disposed of the writ petition giving liberty to prefer a civil suit.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The 2 parties shall certainly be free to approach the civil court for redressal of their grievance.

The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
