      The present writ appeal is arising out of an interim

order dated 27.12.2018 passed by the learned Single

Judge in I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2018 in W.P.No.41901 of

2018.


      When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for

the parties have fairly stated before this Court that a

liberty be granted to argue the writ petition taking all

possible grounds and the learned Single Judge be

requested to decide the writ petition at an early date.


      In the light of the request made by learned counsel

for the parties, the present writ appeal stands disposed

of.


      Office is directed to list W.P.No.41901 of 2018

before the learned Single Judge on 28.12.2021 and a

request is made to the learned Single Judge to decide the

writ petition at an early date.

     The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ

appeal, if any, shall stand closed.    There shall be no

order as to costs.
