Sri G.U.R.C.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, is fair
enough in informing this court that the 4th respondent is no more.
He therefore prays that the present writ appeal and I.A.No.1 of 2019 be disposed of as infructuous with a liberty to the appellant to file a fresh writ appeal, in case need arises in future.
The writ appeal as also I.A.No.1 of 2019 are accordingly disposed of as infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
