     Regard being had to the controversy involved in the aforesaid

cases, they were heard together and are being decided by a

common order.

     The facts of W.A.No.565 of 2020 are reproduced as under:

     The present W.A.No.565 of 2020 is arising out of order dated

17.12.2019

passed in W.P.No.27902 of 2019 by the learned Single Judge.

The facts of the case reveal that a writ petition was preferred stating that no No Objection Certificate is being issued by the State Government in respect of the land bearing Plot No.J-28 in Sy.Nos.329/7 and 329/9 situated at Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District.

The learned Single Judge has passed the final order disposing of the writ petition. The order reflects that the learned Single Judge has simply directed the Government to consider the case of the writ petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within six weeks.

At this stage, learned Government Advocate has informed this Court that the land in question is a government land and the government has passed a detailed order as directed by the learned Single Judge.

In the light of the aforesaid, all the present writ appeals have become infructuous and they are disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
