JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order
dated 20.02.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.3687 of 2020.
At the outset, it has been informed that the present
writ appeal has become infructuous, as the election was
held subsequently and the election which has been held
subsequently is again the subject matter of another writ
petition.
Therefore, without averting to the merits of the case,
the present writ appeal stands disposed of as
infructuous. The miscellaneous applications pending in
this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be
no order as to costs.
