THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
Writ Appeal No.270 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order
dated 08.03.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.4851 of 2019.
The facts of the case reveal that the appellant
preferred the writ petition stating that the respondent
No.4 is raising unauthorised construction. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition with a liberty to the appellant to obtain specific information by invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, in respect of the construction and to file a writ petition.
It has been brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently two more writ petitions have been preferred in respect of the same construction and the writ petitions are still pending.
In the light of the aforesaid, as the construction in question is already the subject matter of two other writ petitions, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ appeal.
2
The writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
