This appeal is preferred by the appellant-Shriram General Insurance Company Limited and the matter was referred to the Lok-Adalat on 10.07.2021. In terms of the award passed before the Lok-Adalat, the Insurance Company intends to withdraw the said appeal.
Accordingly, in terms of the award passed before Lok-Adalat, this appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
