      The present writ appeals are arising out of the order dated

02.12.2019 passed in W.P.No.26597 of 2019.

      The learned Single Judge, while passing the aforesaid order,

has set aside the proceedings dated 27.11.2019 and has remanded

the matter back to respondent No.4 therein to pass a fresh order.

A fresh order has been passed subsequently by the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad, dated 14.07.2021.

Undisputedly, the fresh order is again under challenge in W.P.Nos.25128 and 25134 of 2021. The said writ petitions have been filed by the present appellants in W.A.Nos.2 and 6 of 2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants have stated before this court that the present writ appeals may be permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the present appellants to raise all the grounds raised in the present writ appeals before the learned Single Judge.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the grounds in the pending writ petitions which have been filed subsequent to passing of the order dated 14.07.2021.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
