JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation from the counsel for the appellant.
2. The present appeal arises out of the dismissal of an injunction suit. The counsel for the respondent filed a memo reporting the death of the respondent on 19.03.2002 and no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives ever since.
3. In the said circumstances, the Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
