COMMON JUDGMENT:

     These Writ petitions are filed by the petitioners /

accused Nos.1 to 6 seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare

the impugned charge sheet filed in C.C.No.568 of 2015 on the

file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur,

Cyberabad in Crime No.1296 of 2013 of KPHB Colony Police

Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under

Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry

Prohibition Act as illegal and to set aside the same.


2.   During the pendency of the present Writ petitions, the

parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly,

respondent Nos.3 and 4 - de facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.1

of 2021 to permit them to compound the offences and quash the above charge sheet.

3. Today, the writ petitioners / A-1 to A-6 and respondent Nos.3 and 4 are present in person and reported that the matter was settled between them and they were living together. Parties produced their Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity and they are identified by their respective counsel.

4. As the matter is a matrimonial matter, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and as it is reported to be settled out of the Court and both the parties represented that they voluntarily entered into compromise and living together and also filed Joint Compromise Memos on 16-09-2021 and 12-09-2021, I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.21878 of 2015 and I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.20714 of 2015 are allowed. Consequently, the Writ petitions are allowed quashing the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.568 of 2015 on the file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Cyberabad in Crime No.1296 of 2013 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners herein.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
