ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to continue the petitoner in Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad as per the Proc.No.257/B3/LWS/MCH/2001/ 1290, dt.21.08.2001 in the time scale of pay or to allow the pletitioner to continue under the 4th respondent in the minimum time scale of pay as per the Letter No.257/LWS/B1/MCH/98/368, dt.20.05.1998 of the 4th respondent.
2. It is stated that this is a second round of litigation and in similar cases, the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.Nos.45949 and 46007 of 2018 directed the respondents therein to consider the cases of similar petitioners for regularisation of their services as NMRs strictly in terms of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Secy., State of Karnataka Vs. Umadevi1 and also the Judgment dt.11.10.2018 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.36805 of 2018. It was also directed that the whole exercise shall be completed within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Both parties agreed that the petitioner's case is similar.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with similar directions. No order as to costs.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
