JUDGMENT:        (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)




        Learned counsel for the appellant has drawn the attention of

this Court to the judgment dated 01.11.2021 passed in W.A.No.114

of 2020 and batch, whereby this Court has dismissed the writ

appeals filed by the writ petitioners therein with liberty to file a

review petition, if so advised, and the writ appeal filed by the State

i.e., Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment

Board, Hyderabad, is disposed of.

        In the light of the aforesaid judgment, the present writ appeal

filed    by    the     State       i.e.,    Telangana            Residential   Educational

Institutions Recruitment Board, Hyderabad, also stands disposed

of.

        Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ appeal

shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
