JUDGMENT:
The present Second Appeal has been filed against the dismissal of the suit and appeal and the said suit was filed for recovery of money.
2. In the year 2015 this Court adjourned the case for properly framing the grounds involving substantial question of law.
3. There is no representation from the appellant for two adjournments when the matter is posted for dismissal.
4. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
