JUDGMENT:
There is no representation from the appellant previously on two occasions and today also there is no representation.
2. This appeal has been filed against the order of eviction and the suit is of the year 1988. It seems that there is no interest from the appellant in prosecuting the case.
3. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
