WRIT PETITION No.10890 of 2021
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not mutating the name of the petitioners in respect of the agriculture dry land admeasuring Acs.3-38 guntas in survey No.514 situated at Shathrajpally Village, Vemulawada Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District, in revenue records, the present writ petition is filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the petitioners have filed online applications before respondent No.4 and also paid necessary fee vide challan Nos.PMM2100059463 and PMM2100009543 on 15.01.2021 for effecting mutation of their names. However, till date no orders are passed thereon.
4. Having regard to the fact that the applications made by the petitioners seeking mutation are already pending before the authorities for consideration, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to pass necessary orders on the on-line applications made by the petitioners on 15.01.2021, duly taking into consideration the Judgment dated 10.06.2019 passed by Junior Civil Judge at Vemulawada, in O.S. No.56 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting all the 2 interested parties on notice and taking into consideration the objections, if any.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
