        Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

2.       I.A.No.2 of 2021 is filed to permit the petitioners/appellants

to withdraw the appeal.

3.       As per the memo filed, pending first appeal, both parties

have entered into compromise and settled the dispute out of the

Court.      Accordingly,     in   terms     of   the     memo,     the

appellants/petitioners are permitted to withdraw the appeal.


4.      In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2021 is allowed. Consequently, the

appeal is disposed of as withdrawn confirming the trial Court

judgment and decree dated 08.01.2021 in O.S.No.107 of 2015 on

the file of Special Sessions Judge for Fast Tracking the cases

relating to atrocities against Women-cum-VIII Additional District

Judge, Khammam. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any,

shall stand closed.
