JUDGMENT:

The present appeal has been directed against the banker suit filed for recovery of money. The appeal is filed by the defendants in the suit and the appeal is of 2001. There is no representation from the appellants when the matter is posted for dismissal.

2. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
