THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY
WRIT APPEAL Nos.622 and 625 of 2019
COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel appearing for the State Government is fair
enough in informing this Court that during the pendency of the
present writ appeals, there was no stay order. The respondents
were sent for training and they have completed the training also. He further stated that the learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petitions with an observation that the appointment and posting of the respondents shall be subject to the outcome of the criminal case i.e., Crime No.164 of 2010, which was registered against them. He further stated that the present writ appeals be disposed of with a liberty to the State Government to take appropriate action keeping in view the outcome of Crime No.164 of 2010.
Resultantly, the present writ appeals stand disposed of. However, it is made clear that the appointment of the respondents shall be subject to the outcome of Crime No.164 of 2010.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ appeals shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
