WRIT APPEAL No.593 of 2021
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an interim
order dated 01.10.2021 passed in W.P.No.24696 of 2021 by
the learned Single Judge.
The facts of the case reveal that a writ petition was
preferred by respondent Nos.1 to 4/writ petitioners claiming
appointment to the post of Qazi and an interim order has been passed directing the respondents therein to consider the recommendations of the District Collector for appointing the writ petitioners as Qazis.
Learned counsel for the appellants, at the outset, has stated before this Court that he has already filed an application for impleadment of the appellants as well as an application for vacating the stay.
In the considered opinion of this Court, since the applications for impleadment and vacating the stay are already pending in the writ petition, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. The learned Single Judge is requested to decide the applications for impleadment as well as for vacating the stay at an early date. 2
Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
