This Writ Appeal is arising out of Order dated 20.04.2021,
passed by the learned Single Judge, in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in
W.P.No.8206 of 2021.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant/proposed respondent
was fair enough in stating that he has already preferred an application for vacating stay granted in W.P.No.8206 of 2021 and also an implead application and therefore, the present appeal be disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the vacate stay application as well as an implead application filed in the Writ Petition.
3. Resultantly, without adverting to the merits of the case, the present Writ Appeal stands disposed of requesting the learned Single Judge to decide the vacate stay application as well as the implead application at an early date.
4. Office is directed to list W.P.No.8206 of 2021 before the Bench having roster on 22.11.2021.
5. Parties are directed to appear before the learned Single Judge on 22.11.2021.
